    If I have a 4x DVD writer, will DVD Decrypter have the option to write at 4x too?

    DVD Decrypter just rips the files to your hard drive the last I checked. Still kinda new with it, but do not remember seeing a "burn" option.

    May be wrong though

    Yes it gives u the option to write at whatever speed u want.

    Yes the program will read and write ISO files u make, great for making an ISO if under 4.3 and burning.
