I can play VCD on my DVD player.....How do you play them on the computer...Do I have to start it myself ????

You will either need a DVD player for the computer that is also VCD compatible, or:
Load the VCD in your regular CD drive, browse to the MPEGAV folder on the disk, right click the DAT file and open with Media Player, or your choice of MPG players (if you don't get the open with on the right click menu, hold shift while right clicking. This file is really an MPG, just renamed to the VCD standard name. As a last option, you can copy out the DAT to your harddrive and rename it as an MPG. This might be the best option if you experience lag while playing.
