I seen several interesting posts covering ripping subtitles and I think I have that covered. My question is if its possible to rip the subtitles for part of a movie. Some examples would be The Hunt For Red October (some scenes are in Russian), Spinal Tap (some of the characters/places are identified in subtitles, but not part of video), or Traffic (some Spanish scenes).

In the end I want to have subtitles for the foreign language parts and no subs for english parts.

Is this possible?
