i ripped off an anime episode of a dvd. then i use dvd2avi and then tmpgc to convert it to mpeg. then i realised iw anted also subtitles so before using tmpgc i use vfapi and virtual dub to add the subtitles and then tmpgc . The result was that the second video has not as good quality as the fisrt one ( when the characters move horizontal lines appear). I used the same settings both times. Why is this happening , can i fix it. Also can make tmpgc convert more quickly ( it took me 4 hours for a 20 min video) Thanks!
