I've made a punch of TV episodes into VCD, but I really want to enhance the color, contrast and brightness. Is there an easy program out there that I could do this with- that won't change the film settings or won't take forever?

If you want something to go between your vcd/dvd player and your tv, try the sima color corrector. It costs about $100-$120. Just do a search on google. It can also add sharpness to your picture as well as enhance the color.
