Hi,
I was wondering if I could upgrade the amount of I Frames
rather than the bitrate, so that I could keep the same VCD compliency but still get better quality compared to a normal VCD?
Thanks

Hmmm, Oddly enough... When I increase the amount of Intraframes to something like all I, I get very blocky pictures. I suppose this is because most of the VCD bitrate is waisted on doing so many I-Frames which just suck up Bits?
