    When I try to apply chapters to my vcds' with "vcdeasy" a message informs me that the maximum number of chapters possible is 1. I've looked round the different options to no avail. It normally works fine so I'm a bit confused.

    When you create the MPEG video stream you should verify if you include GOP sequence headers. If you use for example TMPGEnc then you should choose in Settings-> GOP tab a value greater than 0 in Output interval of sequence header.
