Hi, i hope i put this in the correct area, if not then appologies!
I would like to extract certain parts of audio from my SVCDs (famous quotes etc). Does anyone know what software i should use to do this, and also know of any giudes with which i could use??

Copy AVSEQ01.MPG from the MPEG2 folder on your SVCD to your hard disk. Get a copy of TMPGEnc. Load AVSEQ01.MPG into the Video source box and then File>>Output to File>>Wave file. Next you need some wave editing software, such as CoolEdit or SoundForge, and you can load the wave file and easily select the bits you want.
