tried to search for help first and followed guides, but no info for me, but i'm sure someone has had the same problems as me, so sorry to repost it, but.....
i have been having problems with audio and video "glitches" when encoding to VCD with tmpgenc, and some of the other programs suggested on this site. this happens to the file before i burn to disc. I
have only worked with captured video using canopus ADVC 100 through adobe premiere 6.0 and converting to vcd with tmpgenc v.2.58 with the highest quality setting. the original DV AVI file from premiere seems fine, and i always reboot before and close all programs for both captureand encoding, and use an empty 40 GB internal just for this. any ideas? i have tried several times with different captured video files (all with no frames dropped). I have also tried other types of files such as divx. I also defragmented. Any ideas?
