I captured in Huffyuv using IUVCR and I am now trying to convert it to SVCD using TMPGEnc. The problem is I get a green bar that appears at the bottom of the screen before AND after conversion. How do I get rid of this?

You can either clip it or mask it in TMPGEnc.
'Clip' will cut the bar out and stretch the remaining picture to fill the output resolution.
'Mask' will black out the bar and leave the picture as is. (This effectively is just changing the color of your green bar to black).
Choose the 'settings' option, then the 'Advanced' tab and tick the 'clip frame' option. Now double-click on the option to bring up the configuration settings.
Incease the 'Bottom' value until the green bar disappears (by default it will clip so if you want to mask instead then tick the 'Bottom Mask' option).
Press OK (and make sure the Clip option is still ticked), then OK again and start your rendering. -
THANKS FOR THE REPLY! If that's the case, then how do I prevent the green bar from appearing during capture in the first place? Still playing with settings so I appreciate any help you can provide that may optimize quality.
THANKS AGAIN!
