adding subtitles on the lower black line, how?

there is a way to add the sub to the lower black line?
and not on the movie it self?

If the subs are small enough and the letterboxing is large enough, yes. You can resize and letterbox the video before you add the subtitles. If your subtitles are two lines tall you may have to play with the arrangement some to fit them both in to the letterboxing.
