    basically wat the title says. i ripped a dvd, and now i find out my dad wants it as svcd, but i don't wanna rerip and go straight to vcd, so is there anyway i can just find out where all the chapters begin and end time wise?

    Chapter extracter, it'll generate a text file with all the chapters listed as time points. Can d/load from doom9.org
