the other day i found a program that said when it converted from wma
it would read the file 2x and apply a filter to get the best quality from
the wma file then convert to mp3
then iexplore CRASHED!
i lost the page and i dont want to go through that big list again to find it
so if anyone knows what it is, please reply
i already have 2 converters but i'm looking for one that can improve sound quality, not just convert or resample.
