    Hi,
    i've bought a dazzle DVC 2, i captured from a VHS, used Tmpg version 12.i to encode to SVCD and then burned using nero. When i play the disc on my Pioneer 525 there are two black vertical lines down either side of the picture.

    How can i remove these and make the picture fill the screen?

    In TMPGEnc Advanced menu, make sure to select Full Screen (aspect ratio 2) and this should make your movie fill the entire screen, it would also help if you set the video to what your source is, such as 4:3 or 16:9.
