i have try to mux wav (PCM) with m2v and tmpgenc reject it...

TMPGEnc will not accept PCM wav files for muxing, you need to convert the audio stream to mp2.
In TMPGEnc select audio only as the stream type, then select your wave file as the audio source and then encode. You can now use the resulting mp2 file to mux with your video. -
IFOEdit will accept a wav file if you have to have LPCM audio for the quality.

toast won't do wav, so using mpg file instead of m2v file gets round that?
