  1. Hi all,
I have a totally persistent Synch problem, I just can't get rid of... The problem only occurs when I encode SVCD - if I encode to VCD everything's alright. The audio gets out of synch gradually as the video plays. Well, here's what I've tried (for weeks now):

    1. I check the avi file for bad frames with VDub_mp3 and remove them.

    2. I save the audio in a wav file (have tried 44,100 Hz and 48,000) I use no compression.

    3. I open TMPGEnc, close the wizard, load the SVCD template (yes, I check the fps in VDUB and select the template accordingly)

    4. I load the unlock template and lower the Video bitrate a little bit (1600-2000). I set the motion search precision to high. I choose "full screen - keep aspect ratio"

    5. I hit run.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm messing up here?
    Thanx, Joe

  2. Does the mpeg2 file play fine on the computer???? Try demuxing your file with bbmpeg then remux it back then burn. bbmpeg can be found in the tools section. Hope this helps.
