Im using DVD2SVCD to convert a divx avi file to VCD
When i use CCE (2.50 and 2.66 same result) some of the frames looks kind of scrambled

I have also tried on another pc with same bad result. If i use Tmpeg the result is perfect.
If i convert to SVCD the result is great but thats not what i need.
The screenshot is from PowerDVD, using MS mediaplayer the errors are worse!
The reason i wanna use cce and not tmpeg is mainly its great speed plus when i use tmpenc MS MP screws up the aspect ratio in fullsceen the black bars are way to big.
Have i encountered a CCE bug or doesnt CCE support CBR MPEG1 ?
Please help me im starting to get really frustrated!
