Ok.. using TMPGEnc (newest) to convert a Divx to SVCD, 2 hour movie, 3 cd's.. burn using Nero. pop into DVD player, looks GREAT, sound is fine. But about half way through CD1 there is a hiccup in the Video (screen goes bright white, gets real blocky and audio immediatly cuts out. I have had this happen with all 3 of my SVCD converts so far. it's rather frustrating, I might just stick to VCD and deal with the blockiness.

Source vid is Divx 5.0.2, mpeg 3 audio.

no errors to report, even tried extracting the audio and then encoding, but same results.

anybody have any similar problems? The loss of the 10¢ cd's isn't my concern, it's the amount of time i've wasted encoding crap.

Note: this happened on a CVD I tried as well.

Using: 2-pass VBR 2520max,2185average,1200 min., edge sharpen, slow precision motion search, audio cut to 160kbps to allow better bitrate on vid.
