can't get re-encoding under 80 minutes. Any suggestions?

How many movies have you tried?
Don't tell me, You have been trying to do "the Godfather". -
I tried:
-donnie darko
-home sweet alabama
-igby goes down
-formula 51
none are too long, averaging 110 min each -

Have you checked your CPU % usage before you re-encode? With a 1ghz P3, it takes about 20-28 min to re-encode. I suspect you have something running in the background when dvd2one is running.
