New Addon For DVD2ONE released.

Guys as all you know, the Author of DVD2ONE will be releasing future release's of DVD2ONE that will do the entire DVD.

Well one of the Moderators at DOOM9's forum has written his own programme that you use in conjunction with DVD2ONE that will allow you to BACKUP the ENTIRE DVD.

I guess the next version of DVD2one will also compress the extra stuff. With this tool, you will get the extras as the original and only the movie recompressed, so you will end with a more compressed movie and I guess not so good quality.

not necessarly, you can get rid of the extras if you don't want them and just keep the movie and the menu, but that means extra fooling with ifo edit but not that hard.

I will play with that new little toy tonite to test it.

I would have thought as a temporary workaround you could use this to re-encode the extras as well, you will just have to use a larger padding size. I'll give it a go tonight.

Was thinking the same thing Spooki. For the most part I would say you'd rather have the extras bit starved, not the main movie.

why dont you put the padding on the extras first then do the movie.

twice as long but maybe worth it.
