  1. I understand not everyone knows everything, and that some people are too busy. But over the pastmonth or so..my posts have generated 1088 views...and only 1 reply that wasnt me adding to the post!? I posted this following thing because its my moms 50th b-day and I want to make her a perfect slideshow.

I am using magic pictures to cd&dvd (great prog) and I have made all of the slideshows that I want. However when I go to burn them, I only have a few menu choices and a few backgrounds. Also on the finished project, I cant use the cursor on the remote to select the show that I want.. I have to select it by #. Is there a way to burn it to a dvd (yes I know I will waste one), and take those files into another authoring program so that I can make menus, better backgrounds, etc? (it comes out with vob, etc)

  3. Also, you have to realize that a lot of people just browse through these forums looking for info or just trying to increase their knowledge without posting replys. Matter of fact, I would bet that a lot of people that look at these forums don't even have an account and can't post replies. I know I spent MONTHS browsing this site and I just started posting replys as of late.

The last 2 posts of yours that went unanswered were in fact the exact same question with a different subject and in different forums. They also concerned a relatively obscure piece of software which I, for one, have never heard of. So I am not surprised you didn't get any replies.

The first was Taking files from one prog to another? (nero, for ex..) and the second from magix-->other program?. Apart from appearing to be different questions, before trying to answer a query I go by the subject, which for both was meaningless to me.

  5. Yes. Subject is very important. Onother reason for having trouble to get answer is if you are asking about something that nobody knows (for example some not that common software).

  6. actually..the software used doesnt matter. the question at hand is. How do I take vob, etc files from one prog..and put it into another..this program makes great slideshows but crappy menus so I want to take the video and audio files from here and put them into say....dvdit! or something to remake them
