    After exporting my project as Quicktime Reference, I encode with TMPGEnc using the optimum settings for DVD. After authoring the dvd, there are lines in the black of the picture, when I have a resize. Not on the actual image, but the surrounding black area. I tried putting a black box under the resized image in my project, but that didn't seem to help. Any idea what this could be?
