  1. Hi,

I've tried to find the answer, but am at my wit's end.

If I have a regular DVD drive and a DVD burner, can I take the authored DVD-Rs which I create and then slap that into my DVD drive and burn another copy?

I know I can create multiple copies with my projects upon initial burn, but I've been creating projects for customers in MPEG on CD until recently. Now with the DVD world, I'd like to keep a DVD-R copy of each project If a customer would like additional copies, I can simply copy the original without having to keep GBs of old projects. Make sense?

    Hoping someone can help.

    Cheers,
Jedi27 (the Force won't help me on this one

  3. I did not see anyone mentioned the word "MOVIE" except YOU! Pay attention to what the issue is!

  4. Thanks syk2c11. I'll check that link out.

and bite me jarhead...I DO NOT burn hollywood movies. What I do is transfer VHS to CD/DVD for folks. It's a potentially big business, but I doubt you could figure that out.

Be careful what you say and imply...you're way off the mark.

    1. Stick SOURCE DVD-R in your DVD drive.
    2. Stick TARGET DVD-R blank in your DVD writer.
    3. Open your burning software (I use NERO).
    4. Select "DVD Copy".
    5. Burn.

    It's that simple.
