its a error code w/ direct show problem indicated (almost always Microsoft DirectX 8.1 (C++))
VFW_E_NOT_CONNECTED 0x80040209 521
means that a file is not being read (rendered to windows) properly
other than that i have no idea how to fix or why its envoked on burning .
try upgrading/downgrading DirectX ? or reinstalling some software maybe -
the above info in on the msdn web site (i didnt know it off the top of my head)

I still have not figured out my "pins are not connected" error.
It seems to only happen when I capture an AVI with no compression.
It happened with DX8.1, and it happens with DX9. I have an AIW9700 with the newest drivers, and my capture drive is a dedicated RAID 0.
If anyone has any ideas, please help..
thanks
