Hello!
Should I use 224kbps or should it be 128kbps as somebody has told me?
I am muxing it with 2 audio tracks... not just the one.

You can use 224, just remember to allow for the size of both audio tracks if you calculate a CBR or 2-pass VBR bitrate.
