help with audio sync !

hello

i have a avi with 23.976 fpb, i uesd virtualdub 2 convert the avi 2 25 fpb
and the audio i use with cooledit to resample in 95.904%
to sync audio with video.

but i notice that the sync is not that good, and i need
to enter a delay in the sound, with thempg.
(i enter about 80 msec to sync the sound/avi)
but the probem is that i lose some sound in the end and i have frame
with no sound there.
how can i fix that ???

do i need to enter a difrent prescent in cooledit ??
or i can cut from the strat some frame to sync without give a delay ??
but i need 2 know how much frames i have in 80 msec ???

TTT ? cut a little from the end of the AVI before you do anything.

i found the problem, but i need some help.

i found that when i sync the audio/avi with thempg (i put a delay of 80 msec) i lose about 5276 frame with audio, thats a lot !!!!
i also found that the audio is not complete, it's cut in the end.

so, is there a way 2 fix that or i need 2 do every thing from the begining ??
