  1. I made some svcd's a while back with tmpeg version f. I scrap it because the mpeg2 files from dvd rips played with double image in my player. I heard it was a bug with that version so I got a newer one and its fine. I also heard that the mpeg2 file I made is fine, I just have to run it back through the newer version of tmpeg to fix the bug. Tmpeg won't let me open an mpeg2 file for the source. I have dvd software that I play mpeg2 with on my computer, but I may need another codec. If anyone knows how I can get tmpeg to accept mpeg2 as a source file, please let me know, because I don't want to rerip dvd's, it would take much longer. Thanks in advance!

    Use DVD2AVI since SVCD and DVD's are both MPEG2. Load up the SVCD, save "Project" or whatever it is. It'll give you a .d2v file.

    Load that .d2v file into TMPG and voila!
