DRU500A - which 2x DVD-RW media?

Hi all,

I'm trying to buy some 2x DVD-RW brand-name media for my DRU500A...will these 2 do it?

TDK DVD-RW47S

I know they'd work with DRU500A according to the media threads...just not sure if they'd burn in 2x.

don't know about those 2 brands because they are to expensive for me but i know that ritek burns at 2x speed and if it does then those should. Ritek is around 85 cents for dvd-r.

Call me stupid, but don't both the links say those RWs are 1x, does that answer your question.

I see only "DVD-RW x 1" - that's one disc per product.

I have the Sony DVD-RW and they are only burn at 1x(1 hr). If you want speed then use DVD+RW as they burn at 2.4x (30min)

I own Sony one.... it is 1x

I believe that you are talking about -R and he is asking about -RW (ReWritable)
