How do I duplicate SVCD?

Is it possible to make a copy of an SVCD disc without going through ripping process? Is there a program that will let me put my source disc in my DVD Rom drive and my target disc in my CD-R/W drive and make an exact copy?

SVCD is no different to a data CD when copying.
Use Nero or anything else, and just "Copy" it
