Here's something I hope someone can figure out. There's a formula for setting the bitrate equal to say 800 Megabytes. This equation isn't correct but just an example:
[audio + video bitrate in kbps] X [seconds] X [minutes] = [megabytes]
I'm trying to maximize to amount of video data I can put on a disc as XVCD that's less than 80 minutes.

((Audio+Video bitrate in kbps)/
*60*time in mins = size
Audio+Video bitrate in kbps = (size/time in mins) * 133.3333333333 (that means 133 + 1/3)
hope it works
remember to use correct audio br (128,128,192,224)
