hey, at http://www.vcdhelp.com/compmjpeg.htm theres a comparison on the quality of certain settings, and in the bottom left corner it says
Test movie details:

352x240, 29.970 fps, 0:59min, no audio

i'm wondering if the time is 59 seconds or 59 minutes. ok thanks

That's 59 seconds.
You ain't going to get file sizes that small for 59 minutes worth !!! (at that quality, anyway).
