help! how can i extract the .ac3 from a authored dvd??

hi,
im german, so sorry for my english.

i have a big problem, i have a finished authoret dvd.
but it is in english, so how can i tack the ac3 sound out of the dvd so i can put in the german ac3??

pleas tell me the quickest way, some people say i have to ripp the dvd, but i think thats not the best.
also did anyone a good easy way for this??

it was good when i can take the authored dvd, it hase menu etc. and i dont want to lose it.

i hope someone can understand my problem, big THX.

you have no choice but to rip it and re-author.
