A Question...

Right, I am extremely new to this. I tried using the DVDEncrypter > DVD2One > RecordNow method of ripping and burning a DVD and it worked a few times. Now any time I try and write a DVD it stops at some point and says there's an error, when I click on the "Advanced" button on the error popup it gives me this:

update your firmware. there is a new one available. i have the same burner you have and it works great. give it a shot
