    I read that help file on how to convert an svcd to vcd. The only problem is I do not know how to extract the mpeg from the svcd. Could someone suggest some software to use? Thank you.

    you dont need something special to extract the mpeg file from the svcd.
    just copy it to your computer.
    its in the "mpeg 2" folder, only its got a new name - "Avseq01.mpg"
