  1. I've been having the same problem for an incredibly long time and I really hope someone can help me out here! I use TMPGEnc to convert an AVI, then create menus in NeroVision Express and try to burn it, but NeroVision automatically reencodes the file that should already be VCD compliant. As I understand it, loading templates before converting the file is supposed to prevent this, but for whatever reason it doesn't. I really hope someone can help and I appreciate your time.

  2. I see no way to stop it. This program is not very mature. I suggest if you like this simplicity check out ulead dvd moviefactory 2 (trial available)

    NeroVision Express > Video CD is that what you are selecting for mpeg 1 files you made in TMPGEnc.

    Quit NeroVision Express , switch to Nero

    When you start Nero, the first item is PAL or NTSC, select the correct one before anything else.

    Does this work ? are you still getting a warning ?
