    I have a divx avi file at 29.95 fps.
    I want to convert it to an avi with 20 or 15 fps.
    How can I do it and keep the audio synchronized?
    can it be done?

    You may want to try one of the guides in the CONVERT section....specifically the guides for NTSC to PAL conversion. Same principle
