Hello all. Please help a newbie!
I have some mpeg2 files I've converted using the latest TMPGEnc. I occasionally can't see subtitles on the SVCD's I've made from them becuase of overscan.
Can anybody please tell me an easy (simple for an idiot) way to resize and add border to them so I can see the whole thing on my TV? ie. eliminating overscan.
I've done many searches, that's how I can to find out my problem was called overscan. But I don't see any good advise on a simple way to accomplish this. AviSynth is entirely too daunting for me. I've Downloaded the 1.0 Beta 7 from the tools section, but it doesn't have any executable files in it... I don't get it.
Thanks in advance for any assistance that can be offered!
