  1. Ive been having massive problems getting a (s)vcd on to a dvd for the past month. ive put endless amounts of topics up about this on these forums but still no luck. Then finally last week i think i figured it out. i can add the video to spruce but not the audio. is there a program that can change my mpeg audio from my (s)vcd to wav format that is 48hrz so that its dvd complient. Ive tried converting it in TMPGEnc using ssrc but no luck. I tried besweet but i have no idea how it works. So the question of the day is:-

How do i convert the audio from my (s)vcd to complient dvd audio without using TMPGEnc?

    Thank you for any help.

The file extension on the audio can only be .AC3 or .MPA for Spruce Up to accept. Re-encode the audio in TMPGEnc at a sampling frequency 48000 khz, bitrate anything between 192-384 bitrate. Once encode has finished your re-encoded audio will ahve the .mp2 extension, change this to .mpa, now Spruce up will accept the audio.

There is a guide in VCDHelp on exactly how to do this.
