    Bought new 1gig computer with ati all in wonder 32meg agp card,windows me,when i click capture avi in virtual dub,it says no capture driver,I know i can capture to mpeg with ati software, but i wanted to use virtualdub,I think my ati card has deleted the brooktree driver ,Can anyone Help?

    The ati are so called wdm drivers. virtuadub supports only the older videwo for windows (VFW) drivers. Microsoft supposedly has a VFW wrappper for wdm drivers. If you manage to get it, then it may work with virtualdub.

    I have a ati tv wonder card whose drivers were recently "upgraded" by ATI to wdm from VFW. To my chagrin, I found that the WDM does not work well with many third party software. So now I am back to my old VFW drivers and more outside options.
