Hello all,
I am having an issue with the sound on XVCD's I am creating and I wonder if it can be attributed to TMPEG's MPEG tools.
I am capturing VHS of music videos in VDub, extracting audio as wav then encoding the video and audio in TMPEG. Resulting MPEG has great sound and video. However, when I use TMPEG's MPEG tools to cut up the MPEG into sections, the resulting file's video still looks fine, but the sound is jacked. It becomes distorted and almost has an underwater quality to it.
Any one experience this or know why this happens? I am looking for a better way to cut up MPEG's too if anyone has any suggestions...
Thanks!
