  1. I just burned a vcd but the files are in .dat form. They won't play on windows media player, how do I convert those files to mpeg after I burnt them onto cd??

    but they should work in media player. Try use another software like PowerDVD to play the VCD.

  3. I PLAY IT IN WINDVD BUT IT AUTOMATICALLY COMES UP WITH WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER WHEN I CLICK ON THE FILE. I HAVE TO OPEN UP WINDVD TO PLAY IT. I GUESS ITS NOT THAT BIG A HASSLE.

    HOW DOES IT PLAY ON A DVD PLAY, A VCD I MEAN WHEN IT NEEDS A PROGRAM TO RUN IN LIKE WINDVD?
