i had this setting screwed up and my caps were choppy and i had frequent crashes. well i set it to wht the default is but i wonder if anyone knows the best setting for this? my premiere renders take forever!!!!

if your not going to leave it at "default" Microsoft recomends setting it at 1.5 times your RAM
so if you have 512Mb of RAM then you set your swap file to 768Mb
