    How can I convert my vcd/svcd slideshows that I make with Ulead or whatever program to a standard screensaver file (.scr) that I can load into Windows? Is there a program that can do this easily?

    Try Screensaver Construction Set from Alchemy Mindworks. I haven't used it but I've used their Graphics Workshop Professional for years. They put out some good shareware apps.
