Hi Guys,
I've noticed most XVid movie files are encoded at around 1200 - 1500 for the video bitrate. Now my question is:
If I was to encode an XVid at for an example 1250 bitrate to MPG2 (DVD) and used the same bitrate in TMPGEnc, would I get the same quality? Or would I need to increase the bitrate in TMPGEnc to maintain the quality?
I would test this now but unfortunately I can't get to my PC for a couple of days.
Thanks,
Andy.![]()
