Anyone else pay for DVD2one but can't download?

I've paid for DVD2one and have my code, but I only get a "connection refused" error when downloading? The contact information link is also refusing connections so I can't get a hold of anyone at the site. Anyone else having this problem? The site is working fine now and no longer appears to be under any sort or DOS attack. Was the site damaged, or am I just out my money?

The demo cannot be unlocked with the registration code, you have to download a second program once you've paid. Anyone know what gives?

I'd like some answers as well, or at the very least the product that I paid for. I can understand and sympathize with being under a DoS attack; having your hard work sabotaged by some stupid script kiddie would p*ss me off no end. IMHO, however, not setting up some kind of alternate site for your paying customers while the problem is being resolved is inexcusable, particularly when you've been shown just how popular your product is.

I guess the best we can hope for now is to wait for the problem to be cleared up. Either that, or hop onto Kazaa or a binary Usenet group and grab the program from there (kidding!).

...or at least post a note saying, we know we're working on it, the status is........ Like I said, the site is working fine now except the download and the e-mail me buttons. I hate to say it, but I'd advise people not to buy it yet. Sit tight and make sure the demo works, and only when the site gets straightened back out think about it.

Still no download. It seems some of you are able to contact the developer, any information on what is going on?

Does anyone know if you do get a copy of the retail version does it come with the registration already in place or do you enter your name an number later? I don't wan't Warez (I have paid for it!) but I would like to find a copy if I can use my own number.

the program should be freely available as it requires registration after you download it, so you can just enter your own registration number, it's not really warez unless you use someone elses serial number.

Their site was hacked by a DOS. I assume they are working to resolve ASAP I downloaded Monday and every thing went fine. GREAT PROGRAM!!!!!! I know this don't help you just FYI
