If anyone uses Vegas Video then please tell me how to/what 'free' tool to use to framserve to TMPGENC, I want to 'soften' up the blockiness of low BR/long minutes VCDs using TMPGENC... The Sonic Solutions MPEG suite plug-in does not seem to have that option and it is too blocky, or am I not seeing something in there as an option...
I used AVIsynth in the past to frameserve from Adobe Premiere (if you are reading this...you GOTTA try Vegas Video from Sonic Foundry, you will never go back !) will that work with Vegas Video?
Thank you.
