OK, I download flix off KazaA. I got Divx/AVI files. I want to take these movies: (example) Half Baked or Donnie Darko....I want to put them on a format that I can keep and watch. I have a DVD+RW burner. WHat is the best conversion, and what is the best format to burn to, pererably freeware. This site is cool, but there is just so much info. I may sound like a dumb ass but I'm trying. Please help me, so I can burn these movies and have a decent pic quality. Thank you.

if you got a dvd drive just rip the disc. that will give you a million times better quality then those files off kazaa. if the files are less than 4 gigs then you can get a perfect copy of the movie.

Mike was nicer than most. If you look to the left under 'convert' there are several guides on how to do this. But as Conquest10 said for best quaility rip the DVD and backup.
