Hi,
I have modified my DV Camrecorder clip in Premiere and have exported it to a AVI file.
15 min of movie is now 1,3 GB large and I'd like to have it much smaller (around 200 MB).
How will I do that?
Ok I can convert the avi to VCD and look at it on the DVD but if I'd like to keep it on the computer.
Thanx for your assistance!![]()

depends - mpeg will cut the size down quite a bit, if you don't have a mpeg2 encoder for premiere, then download tmpgenc and convert it there.
you mentioned wanting to keep it on your computer. if thats the case, then download the windows media 9 encoder. It'll make superb quality
and tiny file sizes, however you'll only be able to play them back on your
computer.
