I Need an AC3 Codec......don't i.....????

Hi,

All i am trying to do is play a DivX movie in windows media player 9, running on win xp, with DivX 5 codec installed,

and when i play the file it plays the picture perfectly but there is no sound, and it also tries to download a codec, but there is an error with downloading the codec (just like there was with the DivX 5 codec i needed)...

So.... which codec do i need?? is it AC3 ?? and if so where do i get it...?
