Virtualdub and Main Concept DV Codec

I was using Avi_IO to capture DV using my Hollywood DV bridge, then editing the video in virtualdub and frameserving to TMPEG. However, something has changed and I can't get AVI_IO or Virtualdub to work with the captured video. This is what virtualedub looks like:



Avi_IO and the preview screen in TMPEG both look the same. I can capture DV with no problem using Dazzle Main Actor DV capture and Videowave 4.0. Actually, I can still capture using AVI_IO and play it back in Media Player. I've tried reinstalling the MC codec to no avail. Any ideas?
